Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using OLL - DTT Ireland (the "Application"), developed by Studio 88 ("Developer", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Application.
2. License Grant & Restrictions
Studio 88 grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational preparation for the Irish Driver Theory Test on mobile devices owned or controlled by you.
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the application design, question clusters, or algorithms.
- Distribute, publish, lease, sell, or sublicense the Application or its content to any third party.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary code, user interface designs, visual layouts, micro-cluster structures, smart keyword highlighting implementations, graphics, logos, and original educational assets in OLL - DTT Ireland are the exclusive intellectual property of Studio 88.
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Unlocking full premium features or question categories in OLL - DTT Ireland requires an In-App Purchase. All payments are billed and managed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective billing policies.
- Restoration: Purchased licenses can be restored on devices linked to the same Apple ID or Google account using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are processed directly by Apple or Google according to their store refund rules and guidelines.
5. Disclaimer of RSA Affiliation & Examination Outcomes
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: OLL - DTT Ireland is an independent educational tool developed by Studio 88 based on publicly available Irish revision materials. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Road Safety Authority (RSA), Prometric, or any government entity.
While OLL - DTT Ireland is engineered to simulate realistic test conditions and enhance learning efficiency, Studio 88 does not guarantee that passing mock exams within the Application will result in passing the official Road Safety Authority (RSA) theory test.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Irish and European law, Studio 88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application.
